Two shots of the 84% of Full Waxing Gibbous at 8:40PM Central Time. One thing I could not pick up well was the planet very near the moon tonight, just to the lower right of the moon. Does anyone know which planet it is? Venus, Mars or perhaps Jupiter?
I just can’t stop looking at the craters and wondering what it must have been like there when they hit. Some of them look so large. I wonder how the moon survived the impact?
